REFUND POLICY

30-day guarantee If VolTab Pro doesn't work for you for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Our Commitment

We built VolTab to solve a real problem — uneven tab volumes are genuinely annoying. If our solution doesn't work for your setup, we don't want your money. That's it.

VolTab Pro comes with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email us

Send a message to nexvusofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address you used to purchase and your order number if you have it.

We confirm

We'll reply within 1–2 business days to confirm your refund. You don't need to explain why — though we'd appreciate any feedback that helps us improve.

Refund processed

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Once a refund is issued, your Pro license key will be deactivated. You can continue using the free version of VolTab without any limitations on the free tier.

Purchases via Chrome Web Store

If you purchased through the Chrome Web Store, refunds are handled by Google. Please refer to Google's refund policy for purchases made through their platform.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show clear signs of abuse (e.g. repeatedly purchasing and refunding, or license key resale). Outside of these edge cases, we will always err on the side of refunding.
